Host & Judges
The first judges were Tom Burlinson, Dannii Minogue and Red Symons. Burlinson and Symons were not there in season four and were replaced. Dawn French, Geri Halliwell, and Titomatic joined the board in season seven as substitutes. Every one of the four judges from season seven did not return and were replaced by Kelly Osbourne, Ian Dickson, Eddie Perfect, and Sophie Monk in season 8.
The hosts in all of the seasons were Grant Denyer, Julia Morris, and Dave Hughes.

During the first season, there were four heats that saw around 25 acts contending in each heat.
